The relaxing pool area was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby landmarks like South Bank Parklands. Unfortunately, we encountered room maintenance issues and noise from the street, yet we appreciated the overall comfort.

We like the position and the unit was large and comfortable.
It was very noisy. We thought being so close to the storey bridge and being inner city there would be double glazed windows in the bedroom, but it didn't seem like there were, because it was noisy all night. Also the t.v. was one of the old style and probably a little small (screen size), that could be updated as t.v's aren't expensive these days.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped with a lounge area, a kettle, and a ceiling fan.
Wonderful place with genuinely helpful staff at your staff member from last nigh.

the room was spacious, making it feel like a home away from home, and it was conveniently located near ferry stops with wonderful views. It had everything I needed for an extended stay, despite its tired look. Unfortunately, it didn't offer the scenic views promised in the photos, but the size and amenities made up for it, even if I could only enjoy it for one night.
The experience wasn't without its drawbacks.

Everything was excellent, incredible location very close to Kangaroo Point, nice easy walk to city ferry, and ferries, good views especially from balcony, nearby convenience stores and pub and deli, fantastic friendly staff.

We recently stayed for a family getaway, enjoying a spacious apartment that comfortably accommodated our group of seven. The location was perfect, with stunning views and just a short walk to riverside attractions. We appreciated the convenience of two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare meals together. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. A bonus was the nearby pizza shop, which quickly became our favorite dinner spot!
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The fantastic view from the main balcony of Story Bridge. The balcony of course. The fact that each bedroom had an ensuite. All very comfortable and conveniently close to all Brisbane attractions.

The value for what we paid was excellent, and our top-floor apartment was spacious and comfortable with amazing views of the river. The location was perfect with easy access to great cafes and the city.
Hotel breakfast could benefit from a wider selection of fresh options.

The location was excellent beside the Brisbane river...a short walk to the City Ferry...a really good local pub that offered a free bus to the AFL Football at the Gabba (which we took advantage of)...a beautiful pool area...lovely riverfront walking...could walk to the cultural precinct on the South Bank (and we did)...close to the motorways in and out of Brisbane for when we went daytripping in the rental car...free rental car parking...lovely large balcony with movable shutters...a laundry in the room...great!...

The location is pretty sweet, near plenty of cafes and restaurants, and super easy to get around. The pool area is a huge hit, especially with the kids; they had so much fun splashing around!
The place felt a bit run-down. We found hair in the bathtub, and the cleaning wasn't exactly thorough. The decor needs a refresh, with stained carpets and worn-out blinds. Not gonna lie, it made me question the overall cleanliness of the apartment!

We had a room with a fabulous view of Storey Bridge and City. Found the staff to be very helpful. Loved how the room fairies visited and made beds and changed towels etc. Location was great for us, didn't hire a car. Walked and ferried everywhere (apart from one short taxi trip to do a big supermarket shop). Great.

I had a good stay at Bridgewater, where the location was excellent and the pool provided a fantastic atmosphere for relaxation. Despite some wear in our initial room, we extended our visit because we loved the area and the inviting pool. The staff were friendly, making our experience enjoyable, and even welcomed my family when they visited us.
All good 😊, but room could use improvements.

What a great spot to stay at. Handy to the city via the Ferrys and the valley and all the Brisbane Bikeways. Our room had great view of the river. A pleasure to stay there.
There was nothing I did not like.

The pleasant surprise was the friendly team who assisted me throughout my visit. I also indulged in delicious bites from various international food vendors nearby, with a menu full of fresh options that tantalized my taste buds.
I had to pay a $200 fee upon arrival, which was supposed to be returned in 5-7 days, but it's now been 16 days and I have not seen it. Communication with the hotel has been frustrating, and I’ve had to involve customer service to attempt to recover my funds.

I loved the location. It was close to Southbank. We love walking and Southbank has many walking tracks. We loved our recent pub crawl, which made us enjoy our time without worrying about breathalisers. We only stayed one night, but if we had stayed for more, we would have made use of their washing machine and dryer in the same room! Plus, we could have a lie down in their sun room during the day with a view. I could live there if I didn't own a farm for gods sake!!! Thank you guys for our weekend away. 100% sure we will come back, but will stay a little longer next time. Cheers. Mark and Michelle.
Complimentary wine would have been loverly!!
